This crankshaft pin is designed and manufactured by Readspeed, out of EN37 steel and hardened to rockwell 70, to allow you to convert your lambretta crankshaft to a long stroke with a 24mm big end. This means you can use the 116mm long Rotax rod which originates out of a microlight.
The pin has 22mm sides and 24mm centre which is machined offset/eccentric.
With this setup you have the advantage of a 24mm big end which has a greater surface area dramatically reducing wear. Not only that you can achieve an 18mm small end allowing you to use a wider array of japanese motorcross pistons. It also means you can use 60mm stroke crank webs and achieve up to a 63mm stroke and using 58mm stroke webs to get up to 61mm stroke. This setup combined with a larger sized piston will alow you to vastly increase cylinder capacity and opens a new chapter for what can be achieved out of a Lambretta engine.
