A complete carburettor kit for use with almost all cylinders from 125cc to 225cc.Due to its ease of setting up this carburettor is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including some reed valve cylinders. It also accomodates most exhausts and combined with an exhaust like the JL3 can greatly improve your vehicle's performance and BHP.
This is generally recommended for use without an air box, but with a remote filter, due to the air box causing a restriction on this larger carburettor. The advantage of running a remote filter is to reduce the amount of debris sucked into the engine, causing premature engine wear, and also to reduce the amount of fuel spit-back on the side panel and rear runner board.
This carb kit is designed to fit under the side panels without the need to cut a hole.
Before sending out your carb kit we will re-jet the carburettor to roughly suit your application, cutting down on expensive guess work.
