A collection of stories about special people who helped to spread the Good News of Jesus. The people span two millenniums of Christianity. It is intended for children from five to eleven to read or have read to them. It contains a variety of activities to capture the interest and imagination of children of all ages.
It offers: ideas to investigate,feelings to explore, suggestions for prayer, scripture to reflect on, for home, school or parish.
At home it will provide an opportunity to encourage children to understand how following Jesus is part of our life. In school it could be a useful companion to the Religious Education programme and a resource for collective worship.
